Evaluation, not quotes
DISCFLOW runs full Evaluations when filings arrive or you request a Manual re-evaluation—not on every price tick. Each Evaluation freezes a DCF model, Valuation assumptions, and projected cash flows. Price refresh updates Live IRR using the same snapshot.
One model, fully auditable
Model selection picks exactly one DCF model per Ticker: FCFF DCF, FCFE DCF, or Revenue multiple analysis. The Complete tab shows every input, formula step, and Assumption source—ticker estimate or sector default.
Honest limits
When cash flows or revenue cannot support a model, the Ticker is Not evaluable. We show “—” instead of a fake zero IRR.
